Denise has been practising exclusively in family law since 2018.

Denise is compassionate and pragmatic when assisting clients to navigate the complex field of family law. She is sensitive to the emotional and financial difficulties experienced by her clients going through separation and tailors her approach to meet the needs of each individual client.

Denise is committed to providing her clients with a high level of care and strives to deliver practical outcomes for her clients in a strategic and cost-effective manner.

Denise holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2018.

Prior to joining Smith Family Law, Denise was employed in a specialist family law firm where she gained experience in a wide range of complex financial and parenting matters.

She has experience across the spectrum of family law issues including property settlement, parenting arrangements, child support, spousal maintenance, divorce and family violence matters.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys going for long walks, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
